Abracadabra Rentals provides a unique service to absentee Florida Home owners.
We target our services to owners who wish to use their homes only for their own vacations, or those of family and friends – in other words, no commercial rentals.
By concentrating our efforts on this group, we can ensure the best possible service to our owners, without having to dilute our operational efforts to secure bookings for them, which is both expensive and time-consuming for us, and an area of responsibility, (and also potential revenue for our business), that we eschew in order to continue to provide a premium service.
Many property management companies start out in business with the best of intentions, intending to stay with a small, but select group of homes; but due to the nature of the marketplace, most find that they are soon managing large numbers of homes. The consequence of this move is that they are forced to delegate more duties to an ever-growing group of employees, with the eventual loss of the attention to detail that made them stand out from the crowd in the first place.
This is not for us. Abracadabra's hands-on service is second to none in the area. Our management fees include many services for which owners are separately charged by other management companies. Our staff are carefully selected and trained to ensure they fully embrace both our business concept and its execution.
The quality of our cleaning service, which is effectively a deep clean after each guest leaves – negates the requirement for separate 'deep cleans' at a cost to an owner of approximately $200 per clean, at least every six months.
We know that the choice of Management Company is entirely yours. What we will say, with absolute and total confidence is that owners will find it difficult to find other companies in this area who will treat an owner's home as if it were their own.
We are fortunate to have been able to diversify into non-vacation related operations, and the success of these divisions of the overall business makes it possible for us to maintain our uniqueness in the Property Management arena, by making careful selections of the areas, homes and owners with which we want to partner.
