We have a small, but quality, selection of beautiful vacation villas for your enjoyment. They are by no means the "standard" Florida package villas, but rather have been carefully selected to offer something "above the norm".

All of our homes are located on Indian Ridge Oaks in Kissimmee, which enjoys its location just 4 miles from Disney, 20 minutes from SeaWorld, and 25 minutes from Universal and Islands of Adventure.

Close to Disney but just an hour to the Gulf

But there's far more to Central Florida than theme parks and shopping. Take a trip further afield, watch the scenery change, and sample some of the delights of our region. Approximately 1 hour west of here takes you to the glorious Gulf Coast, with the delights of some of the most glorious beaches you can imagine – some of them remain completely unspoilt by high-rise developments – even to this day.

Drive East for about an hour and you're on the Space Coast – visit Cape Canaveral, and marvel at the massive cruise ships docked in the bay, whilst you enjoy a cocktail or a coffee at one of the many bayside bars and restaurants. Drive North from here and visit the world-famous Daytona Beach, with the Daytona International Speedway. Soak up the atmosphere of the "Great American Race". For a quieter time on this Atlantic coast, drive onto the beach at Daytona, and enjoy the sunshine.
